Donations of time are priceless!

Pets in the Park event has grown rapidly over these 10 years and, with that growth, the number of people to help organize the event also has grown.  More organizers to join the teams are still needed.

The ultimate goal is to have a minimum of two, sometimes three, people on the sub-committees.  This allows for the unexpected things the life has a tendency of throwing into the daily mix.  It also helps when each sub-committee team has two people to bounce ideas off each other and to network to find what is needed to complete their work.

We are very fortunate that we have a great team of people working very hard to ensure that this event goes off without too many “hitches”….because as anyone who has ever organized an event knows – there are always hitches.  We learn to have several plans to overcome such complications and the more people we have, the more resources we have.
